Adding a logo
Add logo opens the upload form.
| Field | Accepts |
|---|---|
| Logo image | JPEG, PNG, WebP or SVG. Maximum 1 MB. |
| Display order | Zero or a positive whole number. Lower shows first. |
| Primary logo | On or off |
Drag a file onto the drop zone, or click to browse.
The primary logo
One logo can be marked Primary. It is rendered larger, as the Secure & Trusted logo in the footer.
Setting a new primary clears the previous one. There is only ever one primary logo — you do not need to unset the old one first.
Use the primary slot for your strongest trust signal: your payment security mark or your main regulatory badge. Everything else sits in the regular row.
Image advice
- SVG is the best choice for logos. It stays sharp at any size and is almost always well under the 1 MB limit.
- Use a transparent background (PNG, WebP or SVG). A logo with a white box around it looks pasted onto a dark footer.
- Trim the whitespace before uploading. Padding baked into the file makes the logo look smaller than its neighbours, and you cannot fix that from this screen.
- Match the visual weight. Logos with wildly different sizes and densities make a footer look untidy. Export them at a consistent height.
Ordering
Display order sorts the row, lowest first. Leave gaps — 10, 20, 30 — so you can slot a new logo in between later without renumbering everything.
Editing and deleting
Edit logo changes the image, the order or the primary flag. The current image is shown so you can confirm what you are replacing.
Remove logo deletes it — visitors stop seeing it in the footer immediately.
What customers see
Every store starts with three logos: an SSL badge as the primary logo, then Visa and Mastercard. Here they are ordinary logos: edit, reorder or remove them like any other.
| Footer layout | Shows |
|---|---|
| Default | The primary logo large, then the others in display order |
| Skyline | The primary logo and the others in its trust badge section |
| Meridian | No trust logos |
While you have at least one trust logo, the Default footer shows your trust logos instead of your license badges and its built-in Visa and Mastercard marks. Remove every trust logo and those come back. Since every store starts with three logos, the license badges stay hidden until you do.
The footer layout is chosen in Layout Variants.
Troubleshooting
Logo size must be 1 MB or less. Compress it, or export as SVG. A footer logo never needs to be large.
Only JPG, PNG, WebP or SVG files are allowed. Other formats, including PDF and GIF, are rejected.
My primary logo changed on its own. Someone marked a different logo as primary, which clears the previous one by design.
The order will not save. It must be zero or a positive whole number — no negatives, no decimals.
