What you can sell
Your storefront is built from services. Each one is a product type with its own search, its own booking flow and its own order list in the panel.
The services
| Service | What the customer does | Where its orders land |
|---|---|---|
| Domestic flight | Searches and books flights inside the country | Flight Orders |
| Flight (international) | Searches and books international flights | Flight Orders |
| Hotel | Searches hotels, picks rooms, books a stay | Hotel Orders |
| Activity | Books a tour, ticket or experience from the catalogue | Activity Orders |
| Dynamic tour / Static tour | Books a departure of a tour you built | Tour Orders |
| Visa | Applies for a visa service you created | Visa Requests |
Two further capabilities are granted the same way but are not products customers search for:
- AI assistant — the support widget on your storefront, switched on under Platform Settings.
- Payment — the ability to collect money outside a booking, via Payment Links.
Two gates, both must be open
A service reaches your customers only if it passes two checks.
- Granted. The platform operator decides which services your store is entitled to sell. You cannot add one yourself. If a service is missing from Storefront Services, it was not granted. Panel screens are not hidden by this: a screen for a service you were never granted can still appear.
- Active. In Seller Information → Storefront Services, each granted service has a switch. Off means hidden from your storefront.
A service that is granted but switched off still exists in the panel — its orders and settings are reachable — it simply is not sold.
The order of services decides your home page
The Storefront Services list is drag-to-reorder, and the order is not only cosmetic.
Your storefront's landing page is the search page of whichever active service sits first in the list. Drag Hotel above Flight and your home page becomes hotel search.
If no service is active, visitors land on an empty state instead of a search form. That is almost never what you want.
What switching a service off changes
| Effect | Detail |
|---|---|
| Storefront | The service disappears from navigation, search and the home page |
| Home page order | The next active service moves up; if it was first, your landing page changes |
| Existing orders | Untouched. Past bookings stay visible in the panel and in the customer's profile |
| Settings | Its screens stay in your panel — markups, hero images, popular destinations are all still there |
| Tickets and vouchers already issued | Unaffected |
Switching a service off is a selling decision, not a deletion. Nothing is lost, and switching it back on restores it immediately.
What each service needs before it can sell
| Service | Also needs |
|---|---|
| Flights | A flight markup, or you sell at cost |
| Hotels | A hotel markup, or you sell at cost |
| Activities | An activity markup |
| Tours | At least one tour with a schedule plan and a departure time |
| Visa | At least one visa service with a visa type |
| Everything | A working payment gateway |
What customers get in their own account
Every service you switch on adds something to the customer's side of the storefront. Signed-in customers have their own area containing:
| In their account | What it holds |
|---|---|
| My Account | Their profile, contact and bank details, referral link and wallet |
| Flight / Hotel / Tour / Activity Orders | Their bookings, with documents to download |
| Visa Requests | Their applications and the conversation with you |
| Payment Orders | Payments they made against your payment links |
| Passengers List | Travellers they have saved, to speed up future bookings |
| My Points | Their loyalty balance and history. While the club is off, the page says so |
| My Coupons | The coupons they hold, bought from your coupon catalogue |
| My Reviews | Tour reviews they have written |
Knowing this list shortens support calls: when a customer cannot find their voucher, it is in the order list on their own account, not only in their email.
Per-service settings scattered through the panel
Several screens only affect one service. They are grouped by job rather than by service, so this table is the fastest way to find them.
| Service | Its dedicated screens |
|---|---|
| Flights | Flight Search, Platform Airports, Popular Flight Routes, Flight Markups, Commissions |
| Hotels | Hotel Markups, Popular Hotel Destinations, Hotel Comments, Scores |
| Activities | Activity Markups, Activity Images, Activity Location Priorities, Popular Activities, Popular Activity Destinations |
| Tours | Tours, Tour Reviews, Free Consultation |
| Visa | Visa Services, Visa Requests |
| All of them | Home pages, Platform hero images, Order Notifications |
