My Services

Every service your supplier has granted you, grouped by product and by the provider behind it. Where a provider account is your own, this is where you connect it, so that its sales run on your account.

It shares the Services & Gateways section with Payment Gateways; the two appear as tabs at the top of the page when your role can open both. Opening the section itself lands on this screen.

You cannot add a service yourself

Services are granted to you. If the screen says no service has been granted to you yet, ask your supplier.

How the screen is laid out

Services are grouped first by product — Domestic flight, International flight, Hotel, Activity, Dynamic tour, Static tour, Visa, Payment link, AI assistant, Wallet top-up — each heading with a count of its services. Only the products you hold a service for appear.

Under each product, one card per provider. The card names the provider and lists each of its services with its description, if it has one, and:

On the service lineMeaning
Until a dateThe service runs until then
Expired a date, struck throughThe service has ended
No dateNo end date

The screen shows what you are entitled to, not how much you have used: there is no quota or remaining count on it.

Whose account a provider runs on

Each provider card carries a badge saying whose account its sales run on.

Connecting your own account

A card badged Your own account also shows whether it is connected:

BadgeMeaning
ConnectedCredentials are saved for every service of this provider
Partly connectedSome of its services have credentials, some do not
Not connectedNone has

Until a card is Connected, it warns that sales on these services won't run on your own provider account. A banner at the top of the screen counts the provider accounts that still need connecting.

  1. Choose Connect your account on the card — or Replace credentials if it is already connected.
  2. Paste each value from your account with the provider.
  3. Choose Save credentials.

One form covers every service of that provider on the card: the values are saved for all of them at once, and the form says how many.

Credentials are never shown again

They are stored encrypted and never displayed back to you. Submitting again replaces every value for these services, not only the one you want to change — have them all to hand.

The button only appears when your role includes Subscription → Set Credentials. If saving says you can no longer edit the credentials of these services, the services were changed or withdrawn, or your role lost that access; the list refreshes itself.

What selling on your own account changes

A flight, hotel or activity sold on a provider badged Your own account is your own product:

  • Customers can pay for it directly on your own dedicated gateway, without your platform wallet having to cover it — see Paying for your own products.
  • A booking cannot mix it with shared services. A customer whose booking mixes the two is told it can't be paid in one go, and asked to book them separately.
  • A refund is yours to make. If the provider cancels such a booking, the platform does not return the money to the customer for you: you refund them yourself.

Questions

How do I get a new service? From your supplier, not from this screen.

A service shows Expired. It has ended. Ask your supplier to renew it.

Why is there no Connect button on a card? The card is not on your own account, or your role does not include Subscription → Set Credentials.

Can I see the credentials I saved? No. Replacing them requires every value.

Is this where I give staff permissions? No — Roles.
