Wallet
Your platform wallet is your business balance on the platform, held in USD. It is more than a number to look at: it is what backs your dedicated payment gateways, what your dollar marketing wallet is charged from, and what you withdraw from.
| Section | Financial |
| Panel route | /admin/financials/wallet |
| Access needed | Any staff member |
The screen is in every staff member's menu, but the balance only loads for a role that includes Platform → Wallet → View. Without it, the screen says no dollar wallet was found.
What this screen shows
A single Available balance in USD, and three cards leading to everything you can do with it.
On larger screens the same balance sits in the panel header on every page, as a shortcut back here.
What you can do
| Card | Goes to | For |
|---|---|---|
| Transactions | Transactions | Reviewing your deposit and withdrawal history |
| Wallet to wallet | Wallet to Wallet | Sending funds to another wallet on the platform |
| Withdraw | Withdraw | Requesting money out to your own account |
Wallet to wallet only appears if your role includes Platform → Wallet → Transfer.
Why the balance matters
A dedicated gateway, one running on your own merchant account, is removed from checkout whenever your balance cannot cover the payment and its fee. Nothing tells your customer why; the option simply is not offered.
If takings drop and nobody complains, check this balance first.
Payment Gateways shows the same balance for exactly this reason.
What draws on it
| Draws on the wallet | When |
|---|---|
| A payment through a dedicated gateway | Held while the customer pays; once the payment is confirmed, its amount moves to that customer's wallet on your store and pays for the booking. The fee comes back to you, and the money itself is already in your merchant account |
| A charge of your marketing wallet | Immediately, once you confirm the emailed code. The money pays for your customers' coupons and cannot be moved back |
| A withdrawal | The amount plus the method's fee, on confirmation |
| A wallet-to-wallet transfer | Immediately, and irreversibly |
Money also comes in. When a booking's order settles, your profit on it is credited here; a coupon the customer used does not reduce it, because its value is paid from your marketing wallet; if the order is cancelled and refunded afterwards, that profit is taken back. Payments on your payment links land here too, unless the payer paid through one of your dedicated gateways, in which case the money is already in your merchant account. And a user you allowed in Users can move their own wallet balance here.
Money in rials, from rial-settled orders, IRR payment links and IRR gateways, moves through your platform's rial balance instead, which this screen does not show.
Three wallets, not one
| Wallet | Whose | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Platform wallet | Your business | Here |
| Customer wallet | Each customer | Their own profile on your storefront |
| Personal wallet | Your user account | My Account |
Separately, your Marketing Wallet holds the budget your customer club coupons are paid from. Its dollar wallet is charged from this one, and money in it cannot be withdrawn.
A customer wallet matters to you in one situation: if a payment succeeds but the booking then fails, the money is held there so the customer can rebook without paying twice. Customer wallets belong to your store: a customer who also shops on another store on the platform has a separate wallet there, and a checkout on your storefront only takes money from the wallet held on your store.
If there is no wallet
If your platform has no dollar wallet set up, this screen shows No dollar wallet found for your platform. instead of a balance and the cards. Withdraw and Wallet to Wallet show a similar notice with a Refresh button. Refresh, and contact support if it persists.
Questions
What currency is it in? USD, regardless of which currencies your storefront displays.
How do I top it up? There is no top-up on this screen. The balance grows from your profit on bookings and from payment-link payments; for anything else, talk to your platform operator.
Why can I not see Wallet to wallet? Your role does not include Platform → Wallet → Transfer. See Who can do what.
Is this the same as my sales revenue? No. A booking's full money record is its receipt; what reaches your wallet from it is your profit, once the order settles.
