Popular Flight Routes
Routes you want to promote, shown as clickable cards that fill in the flight search form for the visitor.

These cards appear only where the Popular routes block is on the page. The Flight page has it by default. If you removed or hid it, add it back in Home pages → Flight page.
Adding a route
Add route takes:

Origin and destination cannot be the same.
Each card is one origin, destination and trip type. Adding a route with the same three as an existing card updates that card instead of adding a new one, so the same pair can have a One-way card and a Round trip card.
Card texts
Title is 2–255 characters; description is optional and up to 500. Add a language per row; each language can be added once.
A card with no text shows its city names instead. A visitor browsing in a language the card has no text for sees the text in your platform's default language, or failing that English, or whichever language you did write.
The form says so. Languages you remove from the card texts are deleted when you save. The exception is removing every language: the card then keeps the texts it had.
The list
Routes are shown with their cities, trip type, image and display order. Edit or remove per row.
Edit flight route saves by origin, destination and trip type. Change any of the three and the route is saved as another card, or onto the card that already has those three, while the original stays in the list. With 8 routes already, a change that would need a new card is refused. Remove the original, then add the route you want. The image, display order and card texts can be edited in place.
Removing a route stops visitors seeing it. Nothing else is affected.
What customers see
A card with your image and title. Clicking it fills the flight search form on the same page with that route and trip type, so the visitor only has to pick dates and search.
Scenarios
Promote your best-margin routes
Check the order details on recent flight bookings to see where your margin actually is, then feature those routes.
Seasonal promotion
Swap the eight routes when the season changes. There is no scheduling, so this is a manual switch.
A destination-only card
Leave the origin empty. The card fills in only the destination, and the visitor chooses where they fly from.
Questions
Can I have more than eight? No.
Can I schedule a route to appear on a date? No. Add and remove manually.
My card shows a placeholder image. No image was uploaded for that route.
The routes do not appear on my site. The Popular routes block is not on the Flight page, or it is hidden. See Home pages.
I added a route but the list still has the same number of cards. A card with the same origin, destination and trip type already existed, and your route updated it.
