Users
Everyone who has registered on your platform or been added to it — customers and staff alike. This is where you add someone by email, assign a staff member their role, and look up what a customer submitted at signup.
| Section | Users & Access |
| Panel route | /admin/users |
| Access needed | Users → View list |
People register themselves on your storefront, with a verification code sent to their email, or through a social provider you enabled under Social login. They appear here afterwards. You can also add someone yourself with Add user — see Adding a user by email.
The columns
| Column | Shows |
|---|---|
| Profile Name | Their name |
| Nickname | Their nickname |
| Your registration fields | One column per field you enabled |
| Role | Their role, for staff |
| Transfer to platform wallet | Yes if they may move their wallet balance into your platform wallet, otherwise No |
The middle columns are not fixed: whatever you switch on in Registration Fields appears here as a column and as a search option. That screen quietly decides how findable your customers are.
Finding someone
| Tool | Options |
|---|---|
| Search | Profile Name, Nickname, or an enabled registration field |
| Sort | Newest or Oldest |
Phone number, WhatsApp, Telegram, Birth date, National code, Gender, Passport number, Citizenship and Residence each get their own search option once enabled. Every other enabled field, email and your own custom fields included, is searched together through Other Registration Details.
What you can do
| Action | Notes |
|---|---|
| Add user | Add someone by their email. At the top of the list; needs Users → Create |
| Assign Role | Give a staff member a role. The button needs Roles → View list; saving also needs Users → Assign role |
| Wallet transfer access | Let them move their own wallet balance into your platform wallet, or take that back. Needs Users → Wallet transfer to platform → Grant access |
| Show Full Information | Everything they submitted at registration |
That is the whole list. You can add a user, but you cannot edit or delete one from this screen, and you cannot change someone's personal details — they manage their own profile.
Adding a user by email
- Add user, at the top of the list.
- Enter User's email.
- Submit.
The user is created right away, the list refreshes, and the panel confirms: The user was added to the platform.
The user is created right away, without email verification, and only whoever controls this address can sign in to the account. If you mistype it, the account goes to the owner of that address and the person you meant to add will not be able to reach it. Check the email letter by letter before you submit.
You set only the email — no password, phone number or role. The person signs in with that email the normal way: a verification code sent to their email, or a social provider you enabled under Social login.
They join exactly as if they had signed up on your storefront themselves, with the role your customer accounts hold. To let them into the panel, Assign Role afterwards.
If they already have an account with that email, for example from another platform, that account is added to yours and nothing about it changes. If the email already belongs to a user on your platform, the panel shows an error and nothing is created. The same happens if the service is briefly unavailable.
Assigning a role
- Find the person.
- Assign Role on their row.
- Pick a role from Roles.
One role per person. To give someone the combined access of two jobs, build a role that covers both.
You cannot change your own role, and nobody can change the owner's. Only the owner can hand out the platform's built-in manager role.
Anyone whose role includes Assign role can give any other staff member any role on your platform, including one with more access than their own. Keep it with the owner and at most one deputy.
Wallet transfer access
Nobody can move their wallet balance to your platform wallet until you allow it here, one person at a time.
- Find the person.
- Wallet transfer access on their row. The window shows their name and the Current status: Allowed or Not allowed.
- Grant access, or Revoke access to take it back.
The Transfer to platform wallet column changes to match. You cannot change it for your own account.
The access belongs to the person, not to their role, so assigning them a different role keeps it.
What the person sees
On their profile on your storefront, or on My Account for a staff member, the Wallet card shows a Transfer to platform button while they have a balance. They choose an amount up to their balance, or pick 25%, 50%, 75% or Use full balance, and the card shows their Balance after transfer. Get verification code emails them a 6-digit code, and entering it completes the transfer. Their balance updates shortly afterwards.
A dollar balance arrives in the USD balance on Wallet; a rial balance moves into your platform's rial balance.
The code only confirms the amount it was sent for. With an empty wallet the card says Your wallet has no balance to transfer. instead.
Revoking takes the button away the next time their profile loads.
Show Full Information
Opens everything the person provided: profile name, nickname, role, whether they are the owner, and a Registration Information section with every field they filled in. Useful for confirming you have the right person before assigning a role, and for answering a support query about an account.
If they registered before you enabled a field, that field is simply empty. A field you have since switched off still shows if they filled it in.
Questions
How do I add a staff member? Either ask them to register on your storefront, or add them yourself with Add user. Then assign them a role here — until you do, they cannot open the panel.
I added the wrong email. Can I undo it? No. There is no edit or delete, so that account stays on your platform. Do not give it a staff role, and add the right email.
How do I remove someone's access? Assign them the role your customer accounts hold. With it they can no longer open the panel. There is no delete.
Why can a customer not open the panel? Customers cannot, whatever their details. Panel access requires a staff role.
Why are there so many people listed? Every registered customer is here, not just staff.
Can I export the list? There is no export action on this screen.
Can a customer send their balance to someone else? No. This transfer can only go to your platform wallet.
