Move your money

Your platform wallet holds a USD balance. Your profit on bookings and your payment-link payments come into it; this guide covers getting money out of it, sending it elsewhere, and checking where a payment went.

Charging the dollar wallet of your Marketing Wallet, which pays for the coupons your customers use, also comes out of this balance; it is done on its own screen.

The balance is always visible in the panel header, and Wallet is the hub for everything below.

Your wallet is not only a balance

It is also what backs your dedicated payment gateways. Drain it and those gateways stop being offered at checkout, with nothing telling your customer why. Leave enough to cover your largest typical booking plus its fee.

Withdraw to your own account

Withdraw

Step 1 — Select a withdrawal method

Methods are grouped into Crypto and Fiat. Each card shows its name and its fee percentage. Inactive methods cannot be selected.

Compare the fee before you choose — it is charged per withdrawal.

Step 2 — Enter the details

What you fill in depends on the method:

CryptoFiat
Wallet addressIBAN
TokenAccount beneficiary name
BlockchainBank name
AmountSWIFT code, currency, amount

As you type an amount, a summary updates:

LineMeaning
You sendThe amount you entered
FeeThe method's percentage of it
Total debited from walletWhat actually leaves your balance
Recipient receivesWhat lands at the other end
The fee is added on top

The amount you enter is what the recipient gets. The fee is charged in addition, so the total leaving your wallet is higher than the number you typed.

The minimum withdrawal is 100 USD.

Step 3 — Confirm

A six-digit verification code is sent to you. Enter it to submit the request. The screen tells you where it was sent and how long it is valid, and you can resend if it expires. The email also states the amount, and the code confirms only that amount.

Step 4 — Wait

Requests are usually confirmed within 2 to 3 business days. While one is in progress, its row in Transactions carries a note saying so, and a Check Status action to re-check it on demand.

Send funds to another wallet

Wallet to Wallet

This moves money from your platform wallet straight to another wallet on the platform. Useful for settling with a partner or refunding a customer outside a booking.

Instant and irreversible

Transfers settle immediately and cannot be reversed. Check the recipient before you confirm — the screen shows you exactly who you are sending to, and their wallet ID is copyable.

Three steps:

  1. Select recipient. Search your store's users by profile name. The money goes to the dollar wallet the recipient holds on your store; anyone without an active one shows as unavailable and cannot be chosen. You cannot transfer to yourself.
  2. Transfer details. Enter the amount — up to two decimals, at most your balance, and at most the per-transfer maximum if one applies. Optionally add a Purpose and a Note for your own records. A summary shows what you send, the fee, your remaining balance and what the recipient receives.
  3. Confirm. A six-digit code is emailed to your account address. The email also states the amount, and the code confirms only that amount.

There is no transfer fee — the summary shows it as Free, and the recipient receives the full amount.

This screen needs Platform → Wallet → Transfer, so it is not in every staff member's sidebar.

Read your transaction history

Transactions

Every movement in your platform wallet, newest first.

ColumnWhat it tells you
Tracking CodeThe reference to quote when asking about a specific movement
TypeWhat kind of movement it was
AmountThe deposit or withdrawal value
StatusPending, Verified or Cancelled
Created AtWhen it happened

Search by tracking code, and sort newest or oldest. Withdrawals whose payout is still in progress show an extra note and a Check Status action.

Transactions are not receipts

A transaction is a movement of your wallet balance. A receipt is the money record of a customer booking. From a booking, only your profit reaches the wallet, once the order settles.

Scenarios

Your dedicated gateway has stopped appearing at checkout

Your balance, less payments already under way through your dedicated gateways, has fallen below what a payment plus its fee needs. Top up, and keep a buffer.

You want to withdraw everything

You cannot safely, if you rely on a dedicated gateway. Leave a working balance.

A withdrawal has not arrived

Find it in Transactions and use Check Status. Two to three business days is normal.

You sent a transfer to the wrong person

It cannot be reversed. Contact the recipient directly.

You want to know what a charge was for

Search Transactions by tracking code. If it relates to a customer booking rather than your wallet, look in Receipts instead.

Common questions

What currency is my wallet in? USD, always — whatever currencies your storefront displays.

Is there a minimum withdrawal? Yes, 100 USD.

Can staff withdraw? Only with the withdraw access. It is flagged high-risk in the role editor for good reason.

Can I cancel a withdrawal? There is no cancel action once a request is submitted.

Why is there no wallet at all? If your platform has no dollar wallet set up, the wallet screens show a notice instead of a balance. Refresh, and contact support if it persists.
