Social Media

Your social profiles, linked from the storefront. A short screen — one form with a field per network, where you paste each profile URL.

Adding a network

Add Social Media opens a form with one field for each network. Paste the full profile URL into the networks you use and leave the rest empty. The same button edits the links you saved; emptying a field removes that link.

NetworkExpected URL
Instagramhttps://instagram.com/username
Telegramhttps://t.me/username
X (Twitter)https://x.com/username or https://twitter.com/username
Facebookhttps://facebook.com/username
LinkedInhttps://linkedin.com/username
YouTubehttps://youtube.com/username or https://youtu.be/…
WhatsApphttps://wa.me/phonenumber
Aparathttps://aparat.com/username

Each URL is checked against its field's network when you save. A LinkedIn address in the Instagram field is rejected.

The Telegram example in the form is refused

The Telegram field suggests https://telegram.com/username, but a telegram.com address is rejected on save. Use https://t.me/username. telegram.me and telegram.org addresses are also accepted.

WhatsApp is the one that catches people out. It takes a wa.me link built from a phone number, not a profile URL — https://wa.me/989121234567, with the country code and no leading zero or +.

What customers see

An icon for each network you filled in, linking to your profile, in the footer of the Default and Skyline layouts. The Meridian footer shows no social icons.

What to add

Only add accounts you actually post to. A storefront linking to an Instagram profile whose last post is two years old reads worse than one linking nowhere. Three live accounts beat eight dormant ones.

For customer support, prefer WhatsApp or Telegram over the broadcast networks — customers will message whichever you link, and they expect an answer.

Troubleshooting

URL is not valid. The address does not match the network's expected shape. Paste the full URL including https://, straight from the browser address bar when you are on your own profile.

The icon is missing from my storefront. That network's field is empty, or your storefront uses the Meridian footer. A network with no URL is not rendered.
