Popular Activities

Where Popular Activity Destinations promotes a place, this promotes specific products.

Limit: 15 activities.

How it works

A single list you build and reorder:

  1. Add Activity and search the catalogue for the product.
  2. Repeat, up to 15.
  3. Drag to reorder — activities at the top get higher priority.
  4. Save Changes.

A counter shows how many of the 15 you have used, and the same activity cannot be added twice. The list needs at least one activity to save.

Unlike the other marketing screens, there is no image or card text to write — the activity's own details are used.

What customers see

The activities appear in the Trending activities block of your Activity page, set in Home pages. The block always tries to show 15 cards:

  1. Your picks, in the order you set.
  2. Then up to 8 of the supplier's seasonal promotions.
  3. Then the supplier's bestsellers, until 15 are shown.

An activity already shown is never repeated. A pick that is no longer in the supplier's catalogue is skipped, and the next card takes its place. The cards use the supplier's own photos and details, with your activity markups applied to the price.

Card titles come from the supplier in the visitor's language when the supplier offers that language, and in the supplier's default language when it does not. You do not write them yourself, so there is nothing to translate here.

Scenarios

Push your best-margin products

Check recent activity orders — each shows cost, sale and margin — and feature the products that actually earn.

Feature a seasonal experience

Drag it to the top for the season, then move it back down.

Support a new supplier

Add two or three of their products near the top while they establish themselves.

Questions

Can I have more than fifteen? No.

Can I change the picture? Not on the card. Activity Images changes the gallery on the activity's own page.

Can I add the same activity twice? No — the form refuses.

What happens if an activity stops being available? It is skipped on the storefront and the next card fills its place. Remove it from this list to keep the list tidy.

Do I need to save? Yes. Adding and reordering only take effect on Save Changes.

I have picked fewer than fifteen. Why does the block show more? The supplier's seasonal promotions and bestsellers fill the remaining places.
