Why it is useful
Two reasons to look at it:
- To read a review properly. Hotel Comments shows a guest's scores against these criteria. This screen tells you what each one means.
- To answer a customer question. When someone asks what they are being asked to rate, the description here is the answer.
What customers see
Customers review a hotel from their hotel orders in their profile, and rate each criterion as part of the review. They see their own scores per criterion there. On the hotel's page, each review shows the average of its scores out of 5, and only once you approve the review.
Questions
Can I add my own criterion? No. The list is defined by the platform.
Can I hide one? No.
Why are only hotel criteria listed? Scores currently apply to hotel reviews. Tour Reviews use an overall rating instead.
Does this affect my search ranking? No. It is about how customers rate what they bought.
