Payment Links

A payment link collects money for anything your storefront does not sell directly — an invoice, a deposit, a package you put together by hand, a service arranged over the phone. You create the link here, send the address to your customer, and the payment arrives under Incoming Payments.

New Payment Link asks which kind you want first. The choice is fixed at creation.

KindThe payerUse it for
Fixed amountPays exactly what you setAn invoice, a known balance
Payer-definedTypes their own amount, optionally inside a range you setDeposits, top-ups
Custom plansPays your base amount, plus the price of any plans they pick from the services you build, at most one per serviceTiered offerings, optional extras

Fixed and payer-defined links are a single short form. Custom plans opens a four-step builder.

The form

Amount

FieldApplies toNotes
AmountFixed, customWhole number, at least 1. On a custom link this is the base amount percentage plans are calculated from
Minimum amount / Maximum amountPayer-definedOptional whole numbers, at least 1. The maximum cannot be below the minimum
CurrencyAllRequired. IRR, USD, or any currency your storefront has an exchange rate for. Any currency other than IRR settles in USD

Basics

FieldNotes
TitleUp to 255 characters, e.g. Invoice #42
DescriptionUp to 2000 characters, shown to the payer

Checkout settings

FieldNotes
Payer information to collectAny of first name, last name, email, phone, passport number, national code, birth date, gender, citizenship, address
Payment methodStandard (wallet): the payer settles from their wallet and tops up only the shortfall. Gateway only: always the full amount at a gateway. Gateway only is refused unless your platform has a gateway in the link's settlement currency, rial for IRR and dollar for anything else
AccessSign-in required, or No sign-in for guests
Expiration dateOptional, must be in the future
Single useThe link is consumed after the first successful payment
A no-sign-in link has two hard requirements

A guest link must use Gateway only, and must collect an email or a phone number. Without a sign-in and without a contact field you would have no way to reach the payer. The form refuses to save otherwise.

The custom-plans builder

Four steps: Basics, Services & plans, Payment page, Checkout settings.

Services and plans

A service is something you are offering. It has a title, a feature list of up to 50 entries, and optional header and background images (JPG, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB). A link can have up to 20 services, and a service up to 20 plans.

A plan is a purchasable option within that service:

FieldNotes
Plan titleRequired
Plan descriptionOptional, up to 2000 characters
PricingFixed price, or Percent of base amount (up to 100). A whole number, at least 1
Included featuresTicked from the service's own feature list, up to 30 per plan

The feature list is the reference, so plans always compare against the same rows. A plan cannot include a feature the service does not define, and every service needs at least one plan.

The payment page

The service type you chose in Basics decides the structured detail card the payer sees:

Service typeYou fill in
FlightTrip shape and airline, route, schedule, cabin and baggage, conditions
HotelProperty and location, stay, room and board, inclusions
ActivityThe experience and its location, participants, inclusions
VisaApplication details, timings, required documents
TourTitle and length, logistics, itinerary highlights
Car rentalVehicle, pick-up and return, rental terms
TransferVehicle, route, pick-up time, waiting policy
PackageSeveral of the above combined into one card
CustomNo structured card

A live preview renders the card as you type. Custom page content is a separate rich-text area for anything the structured card does not cover.

What the payer sees

A page carrying your title, description, the detail card, and any custom content. They fill in the fields you asked for, then pay, from their wallet or at a gateway, depending on the payment method you chose. A guest payer gets a result page rather than an account.

On a custom-plans link they see the base amount and each service's plans. Picking a plan is optional, one per service, and each plan they pick adds its price to the base amount.

A disabled, consumed or expired link opens on a page saying it can no longer be paid.

Questions

Can I change a fixed link into a payer-defined one? No. The kind is fixed at creation. Create a new link.

Where do payments show up? Incoming Payments.

Where does the money go? To your platform wallet, unless the payer paid through one of your dedicated gateways, in which case it is already in your own merchant account. A link in IRR settles to your platform's rial balance.

Does a payment link produce a voucher? No. It is not a booking, so there is no ticket or voucher and Order Notifications sends only the order-placed email.

Someone paid twice. A link with no expiry and no single-use flag can be paid repeatedly. Mark customer-specific links single use.

Can I stop a link without losing it? Yes, Disable it. It stays in your list, but it cannot be switched back on; to take payments again, create a new link. Deleting cannot be undone either.
