Withdraw
Requests a payout from your platform wallet to an account of your own. The screen walks through three steps and confirms with a verification code.
| Section | Financial |
| Panel route | /admin/financials/withdraw |
| Access needed | Any staff member |
The screen is in every staff member's menu, but sending the code and submitting the request need a role that includes Platform → Wallet → Withdraw.
Before you start
- Your wallet needs enough for the amount plus the fee.
- The minimum withdrawal is 100 USD.
- Leave enough behind to keep any dedicated gateway working — see Wallet.
The three steps
1. Select withdrawal method
Methods are grouped into Crypto and Fiat. Each card shows its name, its type, and its fee percentage. Inactive methods cannot be selected.
Compare fees before choosing — the fee is charged per withdrawal.
2. Enter details
Which fields appear depends on the method; each method defines its own. These are the ones the panel labels:
| Crypto | Fiat |
|---|---|
| Wallet Address | IBAN |
| Token | Account Beneficiary Name |
| Blockchain | Bank Name |
| Amount | SWIFT Code |
| Currency | |
| Amount |
An Order summary updates as you type:
| Line | Meaning |
|---|---|
| You send | The amount you entered |
| Fee | The method's percentage of that amount |
| Total debited from wallet | What actually leaves your balance |
| Recipient receives | What arrives at the other end |
The amount you enter is what the recipient gets. The fee is added, so more leaves your wallet than the number you typed. The summary always shows both.
For non-USD methods, the amount field also shows its approximate USD equivalent, and the 100 USD minimum is checked against that value.
3. Confirm
Continue sends a six-digit code. The screen tells you where it went — by email or SMS — and counts down its validity. Enter it and choose Confirm withdrawal. If it expires, resend. The email also states the amount, and the code confirms only that amount.
After you submit
Requests are usually confirmed within 2 to 3 business days.
The request appears in Transactions. While it is in progress the row carries a note saying so, and a Check Status action that re-checks it on demand.
There is no cancel action once a request is submitted.
Questions
Why is my amount rejected? Either it is below the 100 USD minimum, or your balance does not cover the amount plus the fee.
Can staff withdraw? Only with the withdraw access, which the role editor flags as high risk. See Who can do what.
Can I withdraw everything? Technically yes, but not safely if you rely on a dedicated gateway — it will stop appearing at checkout.
Where did my withdrawal go? Transactions, searchable by tracking code.
The screen says no wallet was found. Your platform has no dollar wallet set up. Refresh, and contact support if it persists.
