Transactions
The ledger for your platform wallet. Every deposit and withdrawal, newest first, with the tracking code you quote when asking about a specific movement.

The screen is in every staff member's menu, but the list only loads for a role that includes Platform → Wallet → View, and Check Status needs Platform → Wallet → Withdraw.
A transaction is a movement of your wallet balance, not a sale. A booking's full money record is its receipt; what reaches your wallet from it is your profit, credited once the order settles.
The columns

Statuses
| Status | Meaning |

| Pending | Submitted, not yet settled |
| Verified | Recorded in your wallet. A withdrawal is Verified once it leaves your balance, while the payout itself can still be under way |
| Cancelled | Did not go through |
A withdrawal whose payout is still being processed carries an extra note under its status, Withdrawal in progress — may take 2–3 business days, and a Check Status action in the Actions column. Use it to re-check on demand rather than waiting for the list to update: it tells you where the payout stands, Pending, Processing, Completed or Failed, and the note and the action go once it is no longer pending.
Finding a transaction

If a customer or a partner queries a payment, the tracking code is what to ask them for.
Questions
Why is a booking not listed here? Customer bookings are in the order lists and in Receipts. Only movements of your own balance appear here, such as your profit on a booking once its order settles.
A withdrawal still shows as in progress. Two to three business days is normal. Use Check Status on its row.
Can I export this? There is no export action on this screen.
Can I filter by type or date? Not on this screen. Search by tracking code, and sort by date.
