Wallet to Wallet
Moves money from your platform wallet directly to another wallet on the platform. Useful for settling with a partner, paying a supplier who is also on the platform, or refunding a customer outside a booking.

| Access needed | Platform → Wallet → Transfer |
This screen is hidden from staff whose role does not include that access.
There is no undo, no hold and no dispute process. Check the recipient before you confirm. The screen shows exactly who you are sending to, and their wallet ID is copyable so you can verify it with them.
The three steps
1. Select recipient
Search your store's users by profile name. The list shows each person, whether they are the owner, and the state of their wallet.
The wallet shown, and the one the money goes to, is the dollar wallet the person holds on your store — their customer wallet here. Wallets they may hold on other stores on the platform are never listed and cannot receive your transfer.
| Shown as | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Selectable | They have an active dollar wallet on your store |
| No dollar wallet | They have none on your store; you cannot send to them |
| Wallet inactive or blocked | Their wallet cannot receive funds |
You cannot transfer to your own wallet.
2. Transfer details
| Field | Accepts |
|---|---|
| Amount | A number with up to 2 decimals, greater than zero, at most your balance |
| Purpose | Optional. A short reason, 3–255 characters, for example Refund for order 12 |
| Note | Optional, 3–255 characters, for your own records |
A route panel shows the source and destination wallets, your balance, and what it will be after the transfer. A Transfer summary shows what you send, the fee — Free — your remaining balance, and what the recipient receives.
If your platform sets a per-transaction maximum, a notice states it and the amount is validated against it. Otherwise you are limited only by your balance.
3. Confirm
A six-digit code is emailed to your account address. Enter it and choose Confirm transfer. The code expires on a countdown and can be resent. The email also states the amount, and the code confirms only that amount.
On success the transfer is submitted and settles in a moment. If it fails, a dialog explains why and offers a retry.
Questions
Can I cancel a transfer? No. Transfers are instant and irreversible.
Why is someone missing from the list? Search matches profile names only. If they are there but not selectable, they have no active dollar wallet on your store.
Is there a fee? No. The summary shows the fee as Free, and the recipient receives the full amount you send.
Is this how I refund a customer? It is one way, when the customer has a dollar wallet on your store. The money lands in their wallet on your store, so they can spend it only on your storefront. Booking refunds follow the supplier's rules instead — see Handle an order.
