Content Pages
The three legal pages every storefront needs. Unlike Custom Pages, these already exist on your site — you are replacing their wording, not creating them.

The three pages
| Page | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Refund Policy | The rules and time limits that apply when customers request a refund |
| Terms of Service | The terms customers accept when using your platform |
| Privacy Policy | How your platform collects, stores and uses customer data |
Writing them
Each page is written per language, with one tab for every language your platform has enabled. A counter shows "X of Y languages filled", which is the quickest way to spot gaps after enabling a new language.
| Action | Does |
|---|---|
| Save | Publishes what you have written |
| Reset | Discards unsaved edits |
The fallback
A language you leave empty shows the storefront's built-in default text for that page. Clearing a language removes your saved content and returns it to that default.
This makes these three pages safer than most content — your site is never legally blank. But defaults are generic:
Customers read your refund policy when they are already unhappy. A generic default is the worst moment to discover it does not describe how you actually work.
Where they appear
| Page | Shown |
|---|---|
| Refund Policy | In your help centre, in the footer, and linked from the secure checkout |
| Terms of Service | At sign-up and on the hotel, tour and activity booking pages, where customers accept them; in your help centre and in the footer |
| Privacy Policy | In your help centre, in the footer, and linked from the secure checkout |
The footer links come from the required Information footer column in Menus, which every store starts with. You can rename those links, but not delete them.
Customers see these at the moments that matter most — while paying, and while signing up.
They also pair with FAQ groups: FAQs has Refund Policy, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy groups for the questions people actually ask about each. Questions in those groups appear under the matching page in your help centre, not in the general FAQ list.
Questions
Do I have to fill in every language? No. Empty ones use the built-in default.
How do I go back to the default? Clear that language and save.
Can I add a fourth page here? No — use Custom Pages.
Where do I link these from? They are already linked from your help centre, the footer and checkout. You can add menu entries too, via Menus and Custom Pages.
Does changing the refund policy affect existing bookings? This screen changes only the text on your site, for everyone who opens the page as soon as you save. It does not change anything on an order.
