Hotel Orders
Every hotel stay booked through your storefront. Like flights, this screen is read-only — the hotel supplier confirms the booking, not you. You come here to re-send a voucher or to check exactly which room a guest holds.

The list
A single paginated table, newest first. There is no search panel on this screen — page through, or find the order number first in Receipts and match it here.
The table also shows User ID, Total Price, Status and Created At. Four numbers on each row are click-to-copy, and they are not interchangeable:

When a hotel asks you to confirm a reservation, they want the confirmation number. When a guest cannot check in, they need the voucher code.
Reading the status
Pending means the order is created but the payment has not gone through yet. Confirmed means it is paid and booked with the supplier; the confirmation number and voucher code arrive afterwards, when the property issues the voucher. Cancelled means it did not complete, or the supplier could not honour it after payment — in that case the customer's payment goes back to their wallet on your storefront.
Next to the status, a second badge follows the voucher itself:

Live updates
While any order on the page is Issuing, the list keeps itself up to date. Live updates shows next to the page title, and the badge turns to Issued by itself as soon as the voucher is issued, with no need to reload. Reconnecting… appears briefly between connections. When live updates are unavailable, you see Refreshing periodically instead, and the list reloads itself every 30 seconds until nothing is left issuing.
Opening an order
View details opens the booking. It contains:
At the top — the order number, the customer's user name and the status.
Hotel Information — the property's name and star rating, address, location, phone, and the check-in and check-out dates.
Order Summary — Total Amount, when the order was created, the Seller price when one was recorded, and Our profit.
Reserved rooms — one card per room, with the room name, the number of guests, board type, adults and children, and the room information.
The Reserved rooms heading carries the same issuance badge as the list — Issuing, Issued or Issuance delayed — and it changes by itself as soon as the voucher is issued.
Passengers — per guest: name (in Persian, when given, and in English), passenger type, gender, date of birth, national ID, passport number and place of birth. Passport fields matter for international stays; an expired passport at check-in is the guest's problem, but you will be the one they call.
The order opens on its own page. Back to orders returns you to the list. While the order is still being issued, the page shows Live updates and updates itself as soon as it is issued, with no need to reload.
Downloading the voucher
Download voucher on the row fetches the guest's voucher. It appears once the badge reads Issued. This is the single most common reason to open this screen: a guest arrives at a hotel without their document. The same button also appears at the top of the order's own page.
To have vouchers emailed to a fixed address on every booking, set that up in Voucher Copies.
Troubleshooting
The hotel says they have no reservation. Give them the confirmation number, not the order number. If the confirmation number column is still empty, the property has not issued the booking yet.
The voucher code column is empty. The property has not issued the voucher yet. It fills in, and Download voucher appears, once it does.
The badge says Issuance delayed. The voucher was not issued within 24 hours of payment, and the system has stopped checking. There is nothing to push from this screen.
No rooms have been registered for this order. The booking was stored without room detail, so the panel has nothing to display. The voucher is still what the guest presents.
